In this Website Privacy Statement ("statement"), we, Progression Ai, s.r.o, provide information about how we collect, use and transfer personally identifiable data from you, an individual person and website visitor, through ProgressionAi Software's publicly accessible websites (any of our websites such as www.ProgressionAi.io that can be accessed without a password) and on which we post a direct link to this statement (collectively the "site").
Please read this privacy notice carefully as it sets out how Progression Ai, s.r.o, a company registered in the Slovak Republic No 52416682, Registered Office Dunajská 8 mestská častu Staré Mesto Bratislava 811 08 Slovakia ("us" "we" or “the company”) uses your personal information.
We are a business software provider offering a browser based full circle IB Education business ecosystem with GDPR compliance focus known as "iBMarker" together with consulting services relating to information technology.

Data.
This statement covers only data collected through the site and not any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, data collection practices of webpages to which the site links, or data that we or our affiliates collect offline or through webpages that do not display a direct link to this statement, for example the iBMarker Software applications on which we host data for registered customers.
When you use iBMarker or our website, please bear in mind that we may record:
• The areas of the software and website that you visit;
• Content you consume such as tools and pages you have viewed; and
• Information about your device, such as which browser you are using, your network location, the type of connection you are using (e.g. broadband, adsl etc) and your ip address.
Once you register or log in or submit information through our website or software we will know who you are, and your activities on our website and iBMarker. information about you may be recorded on our systems. for example, we may ask for the following information when you submit an online enquiry, register for our newsletter, subscribe to iBMarker or create an account;
• Your name;
• Email address;
• Billing address;
• Post code;
• Country where you are based or purchasing our products/services from;
• Date of birth;
• Gender.
• Content preferences such as favourite channels and genres.
We may also collect personal information from you at trade shows/events, from telephone calls and/or other correspondence with you.
We may receive information about you and your activities on and off iBMarker from third-party partners, such as information from a partner when we jointly offer services or from an advertiser about your experiences or interactions with them.
we may also ask for payment information, i.e. the details of the payment card you are using to pay for any products/services. this type of information is processed strictly in accordance with relevant payment card industry standards.
We do not store your billing address, billing country or any payment information – this is held securely by the payment processor who is fully pci compliant
Where a purchase is made via in app purchase, this will use in the app purchase mechanisms provided by the relevant app stores (currently, apple, android, amazon and roku) and may be subject to those app stores' terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Disclosures.
We are not in the business of selling or renting your information to telemarketers and we do not share your personally identifiable information with others, except as follows: We freely share your information within the iBMarker Software group of companies. We also may share information with trusted business partners, such as system integrators, distributors, and referral partners and any other party specifically identified on the page on which you submit your information.
We engage agents and service providers who process data only on our behalf and for our purposes under confidentiality agreements. We may share your information as required by law or in the interest of protecting or exercising our or others' legal rights, e.g., without limitation, in connection with requests from law enforcement officials and in connection with court proceedings.
We may share or transfer your information in connection with a prospective or actual sale, merger, transfer or other reorganization of all or parts of our business. Also, we reserve the right to fully use and disclose any information that is not in personally identifiable form (such as statistics and survey results that do not identify you individually by name).
Opt-Out.
In connection with promotions or other projects, we may ask you specifically whether you have objections against a certain kind of data use or sharing. If you opt-out under such circumstances, we will respect your decision. Please note that our affiliates and other data recipients have their own data privacy policies, which may differ from ours and you would have to contact them separately with respect to opt-out requests.
Access & Security.
We will only retain your data for as long as is necessary in accordance with the purposes set out in this privacy notice.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements.
Accordingly, we will keep a record of your viewing data for up to 26 months following no activity with our website or apps, and we will keep other personal data we hold about you for up to 26 months following the date you close your account with us. This retention period may be extended if any applicable statutory or regulatory obligation requires us to hold information for a longer period. We will endeavour to delete any personal data sooner where it is not necessary for us to hold this.
Please note that if you opt-out of any marketing we will retain a record of your data to ensure that you do not receive any marketing.
In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use such information without further notice to you.
Under certain circumstances, by law, you have the right to:
- Request access to your personal information (commonly known as a "data subject access request"). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
- Request correction of the personal information that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected.
- Request erasure of your personal information. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal information where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal information where you have exercised your right to object to processing (see below).
- Object to processing of your personal information where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground and where we do not have compelling legitimate interests to override such objection. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal information for direct marketing purposes including profiling for direct marketing purposes (as set out above (link)
- Request the restriction of processing of your personal information. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of personal information about you, for example if you want us to establish its accuracy or the reason for processing it.
- Request the transfer of your personal information to another party.
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive.

Amendments.
If personal information you have submitted through the site is no longer accurate, current, or complete, and you wish to update it, please send an e-mail to support@iBMarker-software.com.
Upon appropriate request we will usually be glad to update or amend your information, but we reserve the right to use information obtained previously to verify your identity or take other actions that we believe are appropriate.
